What make i say that cause 1 of my friend has this experienced this year,
Good Boss,
Praised when you did something good,
Appreciate you when you do good things in your company,
Value your ideas and thought,
Advice you when you need help,
Consult and guide you when you need someone to bring you up,
Bad Boss,
Critic you when you did something wrong,
Scold you when you not bring any luck,
Hate you when there is no return back,
Flirting when there is sexy staff,
Over reacted to show his wealth,
To be a Good Boss or Leader you have to understand your staff or team.
You can't just show that you have high education level, super power or contacts.
Just be yourself and be as what you want people to treat you, so treat your staff or teams like that.
For sure it's fun when all the team are happy and job will be smoothly and they will do their job more sincere.
